Sorry for not keeping up on the blog. Things have been hoppin' at the rescue. We have several new residents - and they are available for adoption.
A few of the newbies... Nala, a beautiful light bay mare. She is a nine year old QH cross, and is gaited. She is suitable for an intermediate rider.
Also available is six year old Slim. He is a gray flea-bitten Arab cross, and quite handsome. He is not broke to ride, is a very sweet guy. Due to some dominance issues, he will probably need to go to a home where he is the only horse.
And a special request to anyone who can help... with winter quickly approaching, we are in great need of square bales of brome and/or prairie hay.
